Contestants can change up to two members of their stable via the 8 To Follow website (www.8tofollow.co.uk or click on one of the competition logos on the home page). Each transfer costs £5 per horse and the proceeds will again be donated to Racing Welfare, the charity that gives help to those in need from the racing and bloodstock industry.

There are 20 two-year-olds and ten older horses to choose from, although you must maintain a stable of four juveniles and four aged three and above.
